Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Emerald Coast Persians

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 7 calendar days to return an kitten from the date you received it.

If your kitten is found in poor health by a licensed Veterinarian you are eligible for a return and refund in accordance to this policy.

You are responsible for the Veterinarian visit.

You must have proof of purchase and original pet agreement.


You will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of transportation of the kitten back to Emerald Coast Persians. 

No refunds on deposits, 25% of the purchase is non-refundable. 

The full amount will be refunded upon documentation from licensed Veterinarian.

You will receive the credit within 5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Once delivery is arranged the fees and cost associated with Travel Escort and  flights will not be refunded. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your kitten. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
